The Mind is the instrument that reflects life or consciousness. The constituents of life are enlivened by the functioning of the mind. Unless Mind is understood through awareness, meditation and higher understanding, it cannot be grasped. The purified mind can be engaged towards understanding the Nature of mind. Spiritual discipline is a tool that is used to reform and refine the mind.
The Supreme Lord's incarnation in Kaliyuga was Sriman Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. He showed the people of the world the pure path of Bhakti which is radically different from the path of Advaita Vedanta. Although Vedanta talks about the path of intelligence, Sriman Mahaprabhu declared and established the path of Bhakti to be Supreme, unchallenged even by the scriptures. The Questions put forth by Sanatana Goswami one of Sriman Mahaprabhu's favourite disciples lights up the path of Bhakti to the fullest.
Having the right mentality is preliminary condition towards healthy and peaceful living. Great Mental health and spirituality are closely connected and can be considered as two sides of the same coin. If Truth is part of one's character, naturally such a person shall have great mental health. The goal should be to become more spiritual. As one does this, mentally one shall become more calm, peaceful and collected.
It is important to understand what choices we need to make so that we may enter a domain of eternal bliss. This material world has many options for us. However only deep intelligence can instruct us as to what needs to be done so that we attain the path of ever-lasting happiness. Karma keeps us busy all the while. However only Grace can take us out of the wheel of Karma. The means to attaining such Grace also become of paramount importance
Sanatana Dharma is vast as the blue ocean. You cannot measure its extent, neither can you fathom its depth. It defines the whole of the universe within its fold. A person who understand Sanatana Dharma, the one who has realized Sanatana Dharma, becomes immortal. For him, there remains no unfinished duties.
