Spiritual Health is a very important concept in Spirituality. The most important components are spiritual outlook, spiritual discipline, our spiritual philosophy which is realized after many years of spiritual commitment. It is spiritual health that decides our destination beyond this body-mind. It is a parameter that decides the vehicle called spiritual body that remains with us for eternity after we qualify for it, on maintaining a high-level of spiritual health.

Unless one refers the teachings of the Gita, the path to our spiritual origins shall remain obscure. many times people are enamoured by spiritual experiences of ther people and regard them as someone great because of their so-called experiences of the other-world. However the Gita clearly defines the characteristics of a truly enlightened being. The Gita becomes the ultimate book of reference for the sincere seeker. Studying the Gita under able guidance can help one getting embroiled in the clasp of charlatans. Gita ithus becomes an indispensable book of reference for the true seeker.
One has to understand the science of sound, to understand the science of the spirit. One also needs to understand that the theory that connects sound and spirit. As one gets deeply involved with the science of consciousness
Understanding God and Understanding oneself both mean the same. Unless we are concerned about ourselves we shall continue waloowing in ignorance. When we take the first step towards understanding God, God takes hundredes of steps to meet us. Only through love and concern for true welfare one shall care to know the Truth about oneself. Unless we committ ourselves to the science of devotion , God, our True Self shall remain far away from reach
